Please note that OVO does not provide installation services for our products. Bathroom product installations involve on-site water and electrical piping configurations. It is essential to have preliminary discussions with the construction team to understand any limitations or special conditions at the site before purchasing bathroom products.

How are products delivered ?
The areas where delivery is personally handled by the OVO logistics team include Taipei, New Taipei, Keelung, Taoyuan, and Taichung.
Standard products :
In general, for orders placed on the same day, delivery can be expected by the following day at the latest.
Customized products :
The delivery timeframe for customized products varies depending on the product type and complexity, typically ranging from 15 to 18 days.
Other areas :
For areas outside our immediate service range, delivery and service will be handled by regional distributors. Please confirm the actual delivery date with them.
About warranty ?
Porcelain Warranty Policy :
Under normal usage conditions, if cracks appear in porcelain products and are determined by OVO technicians to be attributed to product issues, porcelain products are covered by a ten-year warranty.
General Products (non-porcelain) Warranty Policy :
Under normal usage conditions, general products are covered by a one-year warranty.

For general cleaning, please use water/neutral detergent with a clean soft cloth to wipe. Do not use strong acid and alkali detergents, steel brushes, scrub sponge and other rough tools for cleaning.
